So I’m leaving northeast Wyoming for Missoula, Montana to try something new for a bit. I hope you’ve liked my images from my time here in Gillette. It’s been a great job and I leave with no regrets.
Coal country is a rough place but there’s a lot of great people. Being a photographer here is really awesome. You can go months without seeing another photographer and I never had any trouble with access (energy companies excluded).
People are proud to live here. They’re proud that they provide the energy to good portion of this nation. There’s something to admire about that.
